The Sheroes dream big project aims to equip young women with employability skills using sport. It is will address the social-cultural issues that prevent women from reaching their full potential and limits their involvement in sports.  The project targets young women between the ages of 18 to 30 years who are school leavers or students. This project is intended for 4 years 2017 – 2020 and the first year being a pilot project, replicated in other Southern African Countries should the project be successful in Zambia.
