Nowspar Trustees

The Board of Trustees is a policy-making and decision-making body of NOWSPAR that oversees the management of the affairs of NOWSPAR. It meets at least 3 times a year (but may have extra-ordinary meetings) virtually and in-person meetings. The Board of Trustees consists of not more than 15 and not less than 7 individuals. This number includes the Ex-officials who may be invited to sit on the board.

The role of the Board among others, is to oversee the management of the affairs of NOWSPAR, to define the organisation strategy and ensuring the organisation achieves its strategic goals by providing oversight at organisational level.
